Strucxis is a web tool that helps engineers, inspectors, and other building professionals draft preliminary visual inspection reports in PDF format. It is a documentation tool only. It does not perform inspections, provide engineering opinions, or replace a licensed professional engineer.
Strucxis is currently free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, free demo periods will not be charged retroactively. Paid plans will only apply to access granted after the new pricing is published, and any user will be notified before being asked to pay.

The application, its code, design, and branding belong to the operator of Strucxis. The content of the reports you generate belongs to you. We claim no rights over your inspection data.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any report will meet a particular legal or professional standard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strucxis and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on any report generated by it. Our total liability, where liability cannot be excluded, is limited to CAD $100.
We may update these terms. We will notify active users by email before any material change. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply.
