Privacy Policy

Strucxis ("we", "the service") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

1. Data we collect

• Demo request: name, email, company, intended use.
• Active access: the access code linked to your email, and the dates of your demo periods.
• Inspection content: form answers, photos you upload, and the PDF reports generated from them.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, and timestamps, kept only for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect payment information. We do not use advertising trackers.

2. Why we use it

• To grant and manage your demo access.
• To generate, store, and deliver your inspection reports.
• To protect the service against abuse.
• To contact you about your access or material changes to the service.

We never sell your data. We never share it for marketing.

3. Where it is stored

Data is hosted on cloud infrastructure (currently Railway, with servers located in North America). Connections use HTTPS. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies.

4. How long we keep it

• Demo requests: 24 months from submission.
• Reports and photos: as long as your access is active, plus 12 months after expiry.
• Technical logs: 90 days.

You can request earlier deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct it.
• Delete it.
• Receive a copy in a machine-readable format.

6. International users

Strucxis is operated from Canada and follows Canadian privacy law as its baseline. We aim to honour requests from users in any jurisdiction, including those covered by the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), and Quebec Law 25.

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in during a demo. See the Cookie Policy.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially we will notify active users by email before the change takes effect.
